  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • 3 pods Cardamom
  • 0.33333333333333 cup Brown sugar jaggery
  • 0.25 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 cup Wheat flour
  • 2 tsps Cream of wheat


  1. Blend the first four ingredients, add wheat flour until the consistency is similar to that of pancake batter. Add cream of wheat and soda mix well.
  2. Heat the stove top cast iron pan, lightly grease it with butter and pour the batter. Let them brown on one side, then flip and get the tops to brown.
