This super easy recipe of roasted chicken breast topped with a caramelized onion gourmet jam will impress your dinner guests so much that they'll be asking for the recipe. Don't give away your secret! ;)

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Caramelized Onion Jam


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Season the chicken breasts liberally with salt & pepper on both sides, and add to skillet. Sear for 3 minutes on each side, until nicely browned. Transfer the skillet to the oven (or place chicken in a separate baking dish), and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked (165-170F in the center).
  3. Top each chicken with 2 tablespoons Caramelized Onion Jam
