  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon mellow white miso
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallot ((about 1/4 of large shallot))
  • 1 clove garlic (, minced)
  • pinch salt
