4 tablespoons coarse sea salt
1 tablespoon sriracha chili sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the sea salt and the Sriracha. Allow to dry on the counter top for at least 24 hours, stirring every few hours to keep the sea salt flaky. You may cover the Sriracha finishing salt loosely with a paper towel while drying. to keep dust out. Store in an airtight container.
